During onboarding, you’ll be asked about:

Your experience level
Your preferred workout location
The equipment you have available
How often you’d like to work out
Based on your answers, FitX creates a personalized Weekly Plan tailored to your needs.
As you complete workouts and make progress, your recommendations are updated to better match your fitness journey and help you stay on track.
