How do I track my progress?

You can track your fitness progress using the progress bar at the top of the Home screen.

The progress bar shows how much of your current Weekly Plan you’ve completed over the past 30 days. As you complete your recommended workouts, your progress updates automatically, making it easy to see how far you’ve come.

Staying consistent with your Weekly Plan not only helps you build healthy workout habits but also enables FitX to provide more personalized workout recommendations over time.
