If you were charged after canceling your subscription, one of the following may have happened:
Your subscription renewed before the cancellation was completed.
You canceled a different account than the one with the active subscription.
You have another active subscription associated with a different email address.
If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, check your subscription status directly in your Apple or Google account to confirm that your subscription has been canceled.
If you purchased your subscription through our website, sign in at https://start.getfitx.app to review your subscription status.
Note: Canceling your subscription prevents future renewals only. It does not refund charges that have already been processed.
If you’ve confirmed that your subscription was canceled before the renewal date but you were still charged, please contact our support team. To help us investigate your request, include the email address associated with your subscription and, if possible, a screenshot of the charge.
