The cancellation process depends on where you purchased your FitX subscription.
Cancel a web subscription
If you purchased your subscription through the FitX website:
Visit https://start.getfitx.app.
Sign in using the email address associated with your subscription.
Select your subscription.
Choose Cancel Subscription.
You can also use the portal to:
View your active subscription
Update your payment method
View your billing history
Cancel an App Store subscription (iPhone or iPad)
Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are managed by Apple.
To cancel your subscription:
Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap your Apple ID.
Tap Subscriptions.
Select FitX.
Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the on-screen instructions.
Please note that FitX cannot cancel App Store subscriptions on your behalf.
Cancel a Google Play subscription
Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are managed by Google.
To cancel your subscription:
Open the Google Play Store.
Tap your profile picture.
Select Payments & subscriptions.
Tap Subscriptions.
Select FitX.
Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the on-screen instructions.
Please note that FitX cannot cancel Google Play subscriptions on your behalf.
Note: Canceling your subscription stops future renewals only. You’ll continue to have access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period.
Important: Canceling your subscription prevents future renewals, but it does not immediately remove your Premium access.
You’ll continue to enjoy all Premium features until the end of your current billing period. Once your subscription expires, your account will automatically switch to the free version of FitX.
