I’m having issues accessing Premium

If your Premium features aren’t available, try the following steps:

  1. Make sure you’re signed in with the correct FitX account.

  2. Verify that your subscription is still active.

  3. Update the FitX app to the latest version.

  4. If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, tap Restore Purchase on the payment screen.

If your subscription is active but your Premium features are still unavailable, please contact our support team at [email protected].

Note: If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, your subscription is managed by those platforms. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used to complete your purchase.
