The steps to access your Premium subscription depend on where you purchased it.

If you purchased Premium through the App Store or Google Play

Sign in using the same account associated with your subscription.

If you see a payment screen, tap Restore Purchase to restore your subscription.

1. Open the FitX app.
2. Sign in using the same account associated with your subscription.
3. If you see a payment screen, tap Restore Purchase to restore your subscription.

Once your purchase has been restored, your Premium features will become available automatically.

If you purchased Premium on the web

Sign in using the same email address you used when completing your purchase on the web.

1. Open the FitX app.
2. Sign in using the same email address you used when completing your purchase on the web.

Your Premium subscription should be activated automatically after you sign in.

Note: If your subscription doesn’t appear after following these steps, make sure you’re signed in with the correct email address. If the issue persists, please contact our support team.
