What’s the difference between deleting my account and canceling my subscription?

Deleting your FitX account and canceling your subscription are two separate actions.

Deleting your account

Deleting your account permanently removes your FitX data, including your:

  • Workout history

  • Progress

  • Achievements

  • Personal information

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Please note that deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription.

Canceling your subscription

Canceling your subscription stops future renewals. You’ll continue to have access to your Premium features until the end of your current billing period.

Your account and workout data will remain available unless you choose to delete your account separately.

Which option should I choose?

Choose Delete Account if you no longer want your FitX account or would like your personal data permanently removed.

Choose Cancel Subscription if you simply want to stop future charges while keeping your account and data.

Important: If you want to stop future billing and permanently remove your account, you’ll need to complete both actions:

  1. Cancel your subscription.

  2. Delete your FitX account.
