You can permanently delete your FitX account directly from the app.
To delete your account:
Open the FitX app.
Go to Settings.
Tap Delete Account.
Review the information displayed.
Confirm that you want to permanently delete your account.
Before you delete your account
Please keep the following in mind:
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Your workout history, progress, achievements, and personal data will be permanently deleted.
If you decide to use FitX again in the future, you’ll need to create a new account.
Note: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. If you have an active subscription, be sure to cancel it separately to avoid future charges. For instructions, see our article: How do I cancel my subscription?
