If your progress isn’t updating after completing a workout, try the following:
Make sure you’ve completed the workout all the way to the end.
Check that your device is connected to the internet.
Confirm that you’re signed in to the correct FitX account.
If your progress still doesn’t update after trying these steps, please contact our support team and include:
Your device model
Your operating system version
A screenshot or screen recording showing the issue
This information will help us investigate the problem more quickly.
