How to report a bug?

If you encounter a bug or technical issue while using FitX, please contact our support team with via [email protected] as much detail as possible. The more information you provide, the faster we can investigate and resolve the issue.

When reporting a bug, please include:

  • A clear description of the issue

  • The steps to reproduce the problem

  • The date and approximate time when the issue occurred

  • Your device model

  • Your operating system version

  • Any error messages you received

  • A screenshot or, preferably, a screen recording showing the issue

Tip: We highly recommend including a screen recording that captures the issue from start to finish. This helps our technical team better understand, reproduce, and resolve the problem more efficiently.
